What Platform is

Platform is an online coach for the CELPIP test. This page explains what we keep about you, why, who helps us process it, and how you delete it.

What we keep

Your email address, to sign you in and, if you turn them on, to send study reminders.

Your answers to the first questions: goal, target level, test date, first language, site language and daily study time.

What you do in practice and mock tests: written answers, voice recordings, transcripts of those recordings, your answer choices, and the scores and feedback we give.

Your passes: which pass, when it starts and ends, and the amount. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Product events (for example "a mock test was completed") with counts and levels only, never your text, email or voice. Error reports keep the page path, never what you typed.

Feedback you send us from the "Send feedback" box, with the page you were on.

Who helps us

Supabase stores the database, sign in and recordings. Anthropic (Claude) reads your written answers and transcripts to score them and write feedback. Deepgram turns your recordings into text. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends our emails. Microsoft Azure makes the listening audio and receives no information about you.

Some of these companies process data outside Canada. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third party analytics or tracking. We do not use your answers or recordings to train AI models.

Voice recordings

We ask for your consent before your first recording. Recordings are private to you, never used to identify you, and deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete any recording earlier from its result page. Its transcript and scores stay until you delete your account.

Your choices

Download everything we keep about you from your account page (one file). Delete your account there at any time: your answers, recordings, scores, passes and feedback are deleted with it. Stripe keeps its own payment records, as the law requires.

Email reminders are off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off again at any time.
